Forgot Your Password? – MiWAM for Employers

It is important to safe-guard your MiWAM Employer Login credentials as it is the only way to access your MiWAM employer account. Do not share this information with anyone else either. However, for those who wish to reset/retrieve their account Password, here’s how:

For MiWAM Employer Login, you must visit https://www.michigan.gov/leo/bureaus-agencies/uia/employers and click on MiWAM for Employers.

If you have forgotten your Password or have been locked out of your account, click on the “Forgot your Password” link. If you are new user, click the “Sign Up for an Employer / Service Provider MiWAM Account” link to register for account.

Type your Username in the empty field and then click on the “Reset Password” button. You will receive instructions in your email regarding resetting your Password. Click “Ok.” Access your email and click on the link to reset your password.

After you click “OK,” you will see the confirmation screen. Click “OK” and access your email. (Please close your browser/tabs, and then reopen your browser to access your email. If you do not close your browser, you may see the login screen only, without the password reset feature.)

The email you receive will have instructions regarding resetting your password. To complete your request, select “Click Here.” The system will prompt you to answer your Secret Question in order to complete your password reset request.

You may now create a new Password, then type it in again to confirm your Password. Note the Password Rules to the right for creating a working Password. Once you have successfully created your Password, you can now log into your MiWAM account.
