Forgot Your Username? – MiWAM for Employers

It is important to safe-guard your MiWAM Employer Login credentials as it is the only way to access your MiWAM employer account. Do not share this information with anyone else either. However, for those who wish to reset/retrieve their account username, here’s how:

For MiWAM Employer Login, you must visit https://www.michigan.gov/leo/bureaus-agencies/uia/employers and click on MiWAM for Employers.

If you have forgotten your Username, click on the “Forgot your Username” link to receive your Username in your email. If you are new user, click the “Sign Up for an Employer / Service Provider MiWAM Account” link to register for account.

If you do not have a secret question set up, you will receive the message, “The e-mail address entered does not have a secret question set up. Call MiWAM Support @ 855-484-2636 and select option #4 for username assistance.

Enter your favorite color. The ID Type is a dropdown menu where you can choose to enter your FEIN or EAN as your ID.
